Each week a representative from NPS and one or more Board members tours the Village IV Property looking for items that need attention, and follow up on items that you’ve brought to the attention of NPS or your Board.

Village IV HOA
The Village IV Home Owners Association has a board of directors that oversee the business of Village IV. The board members who are elected by the owners of Village IV meet monthly to oversee the property and work with the Property Manager in managing the budget, property and oversight of Village IV. Owners are welcome to attend the monthly meetings held at the Property Management offices to observe the meetings and ask any questions. Notices will be posted on the bulletin boards located at each of the waste enclosures prior to the meeting stating the time and address.

VRA: Villages Recreation Association
VRA Village Recreation Association as per the CC&R ’s is responsible to manage the property and amenities shared by all of the Villages. This includes swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, green space and walkway. Tom Lund is our VRA Board Representative and attends monthly VRA meetings. A separate management company takes care of these areas. A portion of our monthly HOA fee is dedicated to the VRA. If there are any issues related to the areas described above, please contact National Property Services.

Property Owner's Association
McCormick Ranch was the City of Scottsdale’s first up-scale master-planned community. It represents 27,000 residents, with golf courses, lakes, miles of public trails, parks, resorts, shopping centers, an outstanding hospital campus surrounded by medical specialists and city municipal services.
Villages I thru V are among the many communities within the McCormick Ranch Master Association, which also maintains the greenway paths within McCormick Ranch. All of the properties within this Master Association contribute an annual fee to help manage the shared public spaces.
